Pastor Jon Ellsworth serves as our Worship Pastor. He and his wife Hope, have 4 kids - Alexis, Jay, Abigail and Josiah. Jon attended the University of Valley Forge and worked as a business executive for over 20 years. He joined FLC in 2017. Hope heads up our Women's Ministry.

Jon loves worshipping Jesus, and has a passion for leading people into a deeper understanding of worship. Serving in ministry is something his whole family participates in. They have a huge heart for the Church.

Pastor Syre Mussenden serves as our Youth & Young Adult Pastor. He is originally from New York but grew up in the Orlando area. Syre attended Mainstream Leadership College and then got his degree from UCF. He joined FLC in 2023. 

Syre is passionate about creating a space where people can encounter God, grow in relationships and develop gifts and talents to bring glory to God and carry the Gospel to the world. 

Emily Peters serves as our Children's Director. She was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. Emily attended the Ramp School of Ministry in Alabama before the Lord brought her to Florida. She joined FLC in 2024. 

Emily has a heart for children and longs to see them encounter the real, living Jesus. Seeing the rising generation yield to the Holy Spirit and produce lasting fruit is a passion she deeply clings to. She knows the God of the Bible is the same God we serve today!

Schuyler Scaglione serves as our Engagement Director. He is a Hillsborough County native. Schuyler attended Lee University and is currently enrolled in A/G school of ministry. He and his wife Kim, have 2 kids - Jett and Cali. He joined FLC in 2024.

Schuyler has a heart for helping people understand the depth and fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is highly involved in the Plant City community and is very excited to show our neighbors the love of Jesus!
